ABSTRACT

Most experiments at Fettishlabs are bounded by a safeword. This one is not.

"No Safeword" inverts the traditional structure of endurance testing. The specimen selects its own duration before restraint begins - anywhere from three minutes to two hours, a range spanning every prior subject in our records. Once the restraints close and the gag is set, that number becomes the only mercy the specimen will receive. When the tickling starts, it does not stop until the clock does. There is no gesture that ends it. There is no begging that ends it. The specimen chose. The specimen endures.

The only fail-safe is medical: a standard dog clicker, held in the specimen's hand, tested before sealing. One press halts the experiment for a genuine emergency only. Panic is not an emergency. Regret is not an emergency. The clicker exists so the specimen survives the experiment - not so it escapes the choice it made.

 METHODOLOGY

Pre-Experiment Selection

Each specimen is presented with a timer and a single instruction: choose. The selection is recorded, witnessed, and binding. Historical data shows selections cluster at the extremes - the timid choose three minutes and leave shaking. The proud choose ninety minutes or more and are humbled.

Restraint Protocol

The specimen is secured within a heavy leather body sheath, arms pinned flat against the torso, the entire body compressed into immobility. Only two regions remain accessible and exposed:

• The head - for observation of facial response, respiration, and vocalization.
• The bare feet - the primary target zone.

The mouth is packed and sealed with a heavy gag. Speech, protestation, cursing, and pleading are physically impossible. This is deliberate. A specimen that could beg would beg. A specimen that couldn't is left alone with the only thing remaining: its own thoughts, its own heartbeat, and the countdown.
