The No Safeword Protocol represents FettishLabs' most controversial experiment in tickle endurance research. Unlike conventional studies employing pre-set durations, subjects self-select their own time limit prior to restraint, ranging from three minutes to two hours. Once the tickling commences, it does not cease until the selected duration elapses, barring documented medical emergency. Subjects are sealed in a heavy leather body sheath, gagged, and rendered fully immobile with only the head and bare feet exposed. A standard dog clicker is provided as the sole communication channel, tested prior to onset. This paper examines two contrasting subjects: an experienced subject (Trinity) operating as experimenter, and a newcomer subject (Jade) of notably timid disposition. Results, observations, and ethical considerations are discussed.

Traditional endurance studies rely on safewords, allowing subjects to terminate stimulation at will. Critics argue this introduces an uncontrolled variable: the moment of weakness. The No Safeword Protocol removes this variable entirely. By requiring subjects to commit to a duration before restraint, the experiment isolates a single question: how well do humans estimate their own limits before the laughing starts?

Historical data from the FettishLabs archive records a minimum self-selected duration of three minutes and a maximum of two hours. The distribution is heavily skewed toward the low end, suggesting most subjects understand something about themselves that they would prefer not to learn firsthand.

Subjects are placed within a reinforced heavy leather body sheath, secured with bonded leather straps at the shoulders, forearms, wrists, thighs, calves, and ankles.
