Nineteen minutes, and thirteen  seconds.

Method: 

Test subject will be straitjacketed and strapped to the therapy chair, each leg held in place with leather straps encircling them to each post. Her upper arms will be folded across her chest and attached in the back, while the jacket is buckled and secured in the back, out of reach in the event subject were capable of freeing her arms. Escape is impossible.

Each foot will then be clamped in place by the wooden brackets/stocks, which are then secured by four pins on each side. 

Subject will begin with her feet still clad in light colored, striped socks.

Response: 

Test subject appeared slightly nervous when the applications began. First tested digitally only, her feet are tickled with socks still adorned, to gauge socked vs bare reactions.

To enhance psychological stress via anticipation, her left sock was removed slowly while the bare areas receive stimulation.

Once fully bared, her toes were tied with black cord, affixed to silver eyelets to hold her feet in place for further investigation. This segment is largely done in full view of observers, as some have historically expressed interest in the method of toe bondage used.

At 4:46, subjects main phase of the experiment commenced, beginning with digital methods in a moderate pacing.

No one tool nor method seemed to stand out from the rest on this subject as they were all highly effective. Subject will have to stay for a much longer duration for intense testing, to determine which method and tool combination shall break her.
