Method: 

Derek is to be strapped in his own chair he dubs ‘therapy’, an ankle secured in each stock. Pins inserted, all of his toes are bound back to the stocks themselves, leaving them extremely vulnerable. 

His strong upper body is confined with thick leather straps within a heavy duty straitjacket, with his arms crossed and pinned to his body. His upper body is then secured to the chair itself, preventing him from lurching forward in an attempt to escape. 

Intel provides us with a background of Derek in running, cycling, martial arts, and weightlifting. His legs are undoubtedly one of the strongest parts of his body, and will be secured with multiple leather straps at the thighs, above and below the knees, and his ankles. 

For our own pleasure in restrainting a larger man, a large rubber ballgag will be wedged in his mouth and strapped tightly to prevent ejection during his treatment.

Response: 

Jess is a gorgeous girl adorned in a schoolgirl outfit, and all too eager to punish the studio owner. After several hours of being the target, she is all too willing to be the one providing treatment. 

Overall Ms. Jess did a good job of keeping Derek stimulated, though given the prior advice that a light touch will send him through the roof of his own personal hell. Unable to resist the temptation of utilizing the many special instruments available, Ms. Jess decided to apply the Shrieker, Doomfeather 2.0, a well known flosser, the Shocker, the Terrorizers, and a Sonic Soledriver.

To her credit, Ms. Jess handled the instruments quite well, seemingly keeping a light touch in mind - the flosser, Doomfeather, and Shrieker standing out the most. 

If Ms. Jess studies the response cues she will undoubtedly become a wicked extraction specialist in her own right.
